Do you wish for a lighter wind, or do you create a better sail? The same question posed differently is do you wish life were easier, or do you grow personally to thrive regardless?
Your answer matters.
Because here’s the thing, you can’t control the wind. Your wishing won’t make the wind go away. You can control the sail you use.
On Monday I attended the funeral of a good friend of mine from medical school, Andy Greer. He died suddenly while working a shift at Christchurch Hospital. He was 40.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of these people who loves failure.

We’ve all heard the statement, the ends justifies the means.
