I hear lots of talk about how these are ‘unprecedented times.’
But really, they aren’t, are they?
People are living, and dying.
Animals are living, and dying.
There are oppressors, and those being oppressed.
We innovate and create art.
The sun shines, the rain falls, as it always has.
It is as it’s always been.
We, probably like most generations, just like to think we’re unique.
