I founded Medrecruit back in 2006.
I was a true entrepreneur, doing everything; vision, strategy, finance, operations, logistics…
Over the years I hired many people who helped me to continue to grow it.
This worked to about $60M in revenue, then the wobbles associated with growth became more marked.
I’d reached the limits of my abilities and interest to operationalise the business for the next phase of growth. I needed a business partner, someone who loved doing what I didn’t.
