As we get into autumn we have a choice… Sure all the leaves in your driveway will eventually blow away, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t value in raking them up.

The design of a milk carton isn’t going to change the flavour of the milk. Except that it does.

People can’t judge the milk until they drink it, but they can judge the milk carton in the supermarket.

What’s more important to you? Freedom is the ability to set your own schedule and do what you want.

Responsibility is being accountable for your actions.

Do you wish for a lighter wind, or do you create a better sail? The same question posed differently is do you wish life were easier, or do you grow personally to thrive regardless?

If you know you can’t do a good job, don’t take it on.  If it’s going to distract you from doing work that really matters, don’t do it.
