Everyone will come up with a different answer, and I have certainly come up with different answers over the years.
For me…
Life is achievement…
Life is suffering…
Life is struggle…
But it occurred to me, meditating just now, what if, life is joy?
Joy is not a state to achieve, to get to, or to arrive at.
Everything, and nothing, is available right here right now.
