Entrepreneurs and doctors are similar in many ways.
One of those ways is the rate of burnout, and their response to it.
Both groups refuse to let burnout slow them down.
This means that to maintain performance people must dig deeper and deeper into mental, emotional, and spiritual reserves.
They drain themselves to their very core.
So recovery doesn’t just come from a holiday or a good night’s sleep.
It takes time.
The cup that is empty needs to be filled; kindly, slowly, with grace.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of these people who loves failure.
Challenges are a daily phenomenon for the entrepreneur.
Heaven is not wanting to be anywhere else.
That brings out our best.
We’ve all heard the statement, the ends justifies the means.
If you want to do anything extraordinary, it’s likely that you’re going to need to break some rules.
