Recently I’ve been making a conscious effort to say nice things to people.
I was in San Francisco and I noticed my friend Wes Lipner always asked people’s names.
So I’ve started that.
Turns out it costs nothing, people like it, and it makes me feel more connected.
Pretty good ROI I think.
