“But what if I fail?”

“But what if I fail?” You will.

Everyone who does anything exceptional, or for that matter, anything who even just leaves the house in the morning, will fail.

But while failure is inevitable, defeat is optional.

So the better question is, “after I fail, what will I do then?”

If you choose well then you’ll get back up. And you’ll be one step closer to succeeding.

After all, the simple formula for success is to get back up more times than you fall over.

Unfair Fight is launched

March 7, 2014, and Unfair Fight is launched. We launched it with a great launch party last night. Thank you to Mayor Tim Shadbolt, Mayor Vanessa van Uden, friends and family who came to support me and the book. The buzz around it tells me that people want to see small business owners successful, and I hope Unfair Fight becomes a great resource for them.

Here's my launch speech. It's only me in shot so it looks like I'm talking to an empty room! There are a few pics at the end of our guests.

As as a reminder, here's who all personal proceeds are going to; funding rescue missions to prevent children in East Africa becoming child soldiers, then housing, clothing and educating them to give them a chance.

South Sudan rescue mission update – 15 more children out and safe

We have just got another 15 children to the Nimule Orphanage in South Sudan. These children were orphaned in the civil war between Juba and Bor in South Sudan.

These children have lost all their families, and the photo of them shows what they were found in, including the 4 year old boy in the front with his one orange boot.

Thank you Sam Childers and Gabriel (in the back of the photo) who ran this mission to get these children to safety.

We have another mission happening next week and will likely get another ten children out from the civil war.

The funding for this mission was made possible through the work of the Hazledine Foundation, so thank you to everyone who is supporting it through book sales.
