We all have a gift, a strength like no other.
We can pay the price and compensate for our weaknesses, but at some point, that price becomes too high.
At that point, we can either shrink back, stay stuck, or bring in others whose gift is our weakness.
Because there’s only so much each of us can carry on our shoulders.
